This article will explain how you can easily access and extract the data related to customer and suppliers account cards.
General practices
Shine gives you a good overview of your customers and suppliers. The customer and supplier account card export feature allows you to see an overview of the invoices, bills, credit notes, deposits and payments you have had for your various customers and suppliers for a specific period.
This also allows you to use the function to check whether all outstanding amounts with a customer or supplier have been settled.
You can extract data for a single customer/supplier or extract data for all of them at once.
Extract data for all suppliers and customers at once
Go to the Reports tab > Data exports
Download βCustomer account statementβ and βSupplier account statementβ
Extract data for a single customer or supplier
Go to the Contacts details (Invoicing tab > Customers)
Select a specific customer or supplier
Click on More
Select either Ingoing payment, Outgoing payment or Account statement
Choose the Period and the Export type (PDF, HTML, CSV, Excel)
Click on Export
