Once a customer has accepted your quote, you can turn it directly into an invoice in Shine.
With the quote-to-invoice conversion feature, you can create an invoice from an existing quote in just one click. The information from the quote is automatically transferred to the invoice, saving you time and avoiding duplicate data entry.
Convert a quote into an invoice
To create an invoice from an existing quote:
Go to your Quotes
Select the quote you want to convert
Click on Convert to invoice
Review the information on the newly created invoice
Make any necessary changes
Finalise and send the invoice to your customer
The information from your quote is automatically transferred to the invoice, so you don't need to create the invoice from scratch.
Before sending your invoice
We recommend reviewing the newly created invoice before sending it to your customer.
Check that the customer details, products or services, amounts and other invoice information are correct and make any necessary adjustments before finalising the invoice.
